Mary Bell Meree Martin, 84, of Cottageville, SC died Friday, July 28, 2017. Her funeral services were held Tuesday, August 1, 2017 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 11:00 am. Interment, Plantation Memorial Gardens.
Mary was born May 12, 1933 in Moncks Corner, SC, daughter of the late Walter Edward Meree and the late Anna Belle Brunson Meree. She was a hairdresser and seamstress.
She is survived by two daughters, Dianne Etheredge (William Glenn ) of North Charleston, SC and Kathleen Brown (Ronnie) of Kernersville, NC; two sons, Ralph Edward Martin (Jenny) of Goose Creek, SC and Donald Eugene Martin (Sherry) of Goose Creek, SC; four grandchildren: Belinda Etheredge, Robert Everette Rouse (Kelli), Donald Eugene "Donnie" Martin, Jr. (Stacey), Charlene Martin; six great-grandchildren: Chandler Michelle Cook McConnell (Auston), Seraya Martin, Robert Dillon Rouse, Selena Martin, Tanner Ray Rouse, Haliegh Allison; great-great-grandchild, McKinley Allison; nine brothers and ten sisters. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Edward Martin; two sisters and one brother.
