Mary Frances Hardy Hylton, 89, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, widow of Isaac George Hylton, Sr. died Monday, August 4, 2014. All services will be private. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL.
Mary Frances was born August 15, 1924 in Danville, Virginia, daughter of the late Eliza K. Hardy and Ada Belle Calvert Hardy. She was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her family and friends. Mary Frances was a Lady Shriner, member of Order of the Eastern Star, Retired Officer's Wives Association, and member of the Bowling League Association.
She is survived by a daughter, Vicki McPartland and her husband, Thomas, of Mount Pleasant, SC; two sons, Barry Hylton and his wife, Helen, of Mount Pleasant, SC and Isaac Hylton, Jr. and his wife, Stacia, of Vienna, VA; eight grandchildren, Brooke Beasley, Courtney Whitley, Meredith Shuler, Chris Hylton, James Barry Hylton, Jr., Jason Hylton, Wendy Heine and Amy Garman; twelve great grandchildren and one sister, Dorothy Harrison of Danville, VA.
In lieu of flowers and memorials, the family requests that friends perform an act of kindness in Mary Frances' memory.
