Entered into eternal rest on the morning of Sunday, August 22, 2010, Mary Christine Christopher "Tina" Horne.  Residence, James Island, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mary C. Horne are invited to attend her funeral services at the graveside in Live Oak Memorial Gardens on Wednesday, August 25, 2010 at Ten O'clock.  Friends may call at J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway, Charleston, SC 29414 on Tuesday between five and seven o'clock.
 

Mrs. Horne was born May 22, 1930 in Jackson County, GA the daughter of Harry Christopher and Mary Christopher.  She was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the American Legion.                  

She is survived by two daughters, Janet Gruber of Ladson, SC and Tammi Burnette of James Island, SC; two sons, Harry W. Horne of Johns Island, SC and Archie Horne of James Island, SC; two sisters, Peggy Miles of Summerville, SC and Missy Driggers of Ladson, SC; one brother, Jimmy Christopher of Ladson, SC; also by Twelve Grandchildren and Nine Great Grandchildren.  She was the former spouse of the late Kenneth R. Horne.
