Mary Spradley Fairley, 76, of Hanahan, SC, wife of Morris Wall Fairley, died Monday, June 25, 2012 peacefully at home.

Born May 13, 1936 in Wagener, SC; she was the youngest of three children of Clarence Spradley and Marie Widner Spradley. She was a retired Display Manager for Sears at Northwoods Mall and a member of Highland Park Baptist Church.

Mrs. Fairley is survived by her husband of 58 years, Morris Fairley of Hanahan, SC; son, Walter Fairley of Hanahan, SC; and daughter, Nancy Fairley of Columbia, SC; son-in-law, Maxie Chaplin of Cross, SC; sister, Kathryn Rukstelis of Peoria, AZ. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Brenda Chaplin; and her brother, Grady Spradley.

The funeral service will be held at Highland Park Baptist, Thursday, June 28, 2012 at 11:00 am. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at Highland Park Baptist Church on Wednesday evening, June 27, 2012 between 6:00 and 8:00 pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL.
