Mary Margaret Altman, 82, of North Charleston, SC, died Thursday, July 16, 2015. Her funeral service will be held Sunday, July 19, 2015 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. Interment, Plantation Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Saturday from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel.

Mary was born October 21, 1932 in Conway, SC, daughter of the late James P. Jones and the late Caroline Perritt Jones. She was a member of Northwood Baptist Church.

She is survived by her husband, William Boyd Altman; son, William Larry Altman of Moncks Corner, SC; two daughters, Margaret Carol Long of Moncks Corner, SC and Rachael Cynthia Altman of North Charleston, SC; two brothers, Carlile Jones of NC and Billie Jones of Conway, SC; two sisters, Sarah Jane Lawrimore and Mary Lois Lawrimore both of Brittons Neck, SC; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
