Martin Macari Hall

Martin Macari Hall, 57, of Dorchester, SC, died Tuesday, November 20, 2012. A Funeral Service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2012 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road at 9:30 am. Interment, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Friday, November 23, 2012, from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm in Stuhr's North Area Chapel.

Mr. Hall was born April 18, 1955 in Greenville, SC, son of the late Francis Howard Hall and the late Margaret Hall. Mr. Hall was a member of the Sons of The Confederacy, Secession Camp #4 and a volunteer for the Dorchester County Fire Department. He was a Primary Relief Community Advisor with Kiawah Island Community Association.

He is survived by his daughters, Leesa Hodges of Summerville, SC and Terrie Black of Orange County, TX; grandchildren: Candice Black and her husband Ted Prater of Battlecreek, MI, Victoria Black and her husband Jonathan Talbert of Orange County, TX, Travis Black of Battlecreek, MI, Ethann Potter of Summerville, SC; three great-grandchildren: Ki, Evelyn and Maggie all of Battlecreek, MI; sisters-in-law: Ruthie Bohannon and her husband Richard of Summerville, SC, Linda Goodale and her husband Mike of North Charleston, SC and Candy Ryan and her husband David of Summerton, SC; many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Chattman Hall.
