Martha B. Williams, 87, of Summerville, SC, died Thursday, December 25, 2014. Her funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 30, 2014 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTH AREA CHAPEL, 2119 Dorchester Road at 11:00 am. Interment will follow in Mary Love Cemetery in Hamlet, NC at 4:00pm. The family will receive friends Monday, December 29, 2014 from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm in Stuhr's North Area chapel.

Martha was born April 28, 1927 in Hamlet, NC, one of 11 children of the late John Washington Brigman and the late Belle Watters Brigman. She retired from BellSouth after 26 years of service.

She is survived by her son, Steve Williams (Tammy) of Summerville; two daughters, Carol Goodell of Summerville and Sharon Wheeler of Burlington, NC; five grandchildren, including Steven, Amber and little Earl as well as four great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters
