Martha Ann Schaffer

Martha Ann Schaffer, 61, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, died Friday, January 27, 2017. Her Memorial Service will be held Thursday, February 2, 2017 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 7:00 p.m.

Martha was born December 21, 1955 in Sacramento, California, daughter of the late Roque Mendoza Gomez and the late Mary Elsie Arredondo Gomez. She was a government contractor.

She is survived by her children, Cori Elizabeth (Robert) Nicosia, Carrie Lynn (Elizabeth) Sadler, and Joshua Stuart (Shakyma) Schaffer; her brother, Phillip Roque Gomez; her grandchildren, Brendan Wayne and Kenley Ciera Ackerman, Ethan Tanner and Kaylyn Paige Nicosia, Dawson Caleb, Brayden Roque, and Cameron Reign Helms, Kayden Cruz Wooten, and Gabriel Allen Schaffer; as well as her nieces and nephew, Lacy Marie Moore, Alane Yoder, Beth, Samantha, Rheanna, and Rachael Schaffer, Matthew Jason Gomez, and Jason Hawkins; and her best friend, David Virgil Wall.
