Martha Jarrett, 87, of Hanahan, SC, died Thursday, January 4, 2018. Her funeral service will be held Monday, January 8, 2018 in the Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church, 5931 Murray Drive at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends Monday one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Martha was born May 14, 1930 in Jackson County, GA, daughter of the late Walter J. Holmes and the late Eunice Pearl Meade Holmes. She was a member of Yeamans Park Presbyterian Church and former cafeteria manager at Hanahan Middle School.

She will be dearly missed by her two sons, Wayne Jarrett (Barbara) of Eutawville, SC, Mike Jarrett (Charon) of Hanahan, SC; four grandchildren, Alicia Jarrett, Kelly Hearne, Ashton Revan, Zachary Jarrett; two great-grandchildren, Jarrett Hearne, Kelly Teston; . She was preceded in death by her spouse, Chester Lee Jarrett; brother, Lewis Holmes and sister, Mary Jane Holmes.
