Martha Malvina Crosby, 96, of Suffolk, Virginia, widow of Dennis Crosby entered into eternal rest Friday, September 5, 2014. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, September 11, 2014 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m.. Interment will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel, Wednesday, September 10, 2014 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Martha was born June 5, 1918 in Waycross, Georgia, daughter of the late Vossie Alexander Quarterman and Mary Wilson Quarterman. She was a retired secretary with Charleston County Masonic Association and also a life member of the Eastern Star and Past Worthy Matron of Loyalty # 136 where she was a member for 60 years.

She is survived by her son-in-law, Gabe Pippin of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made in memory of Martha to a charity of one's choice.
