Marla Buckheister Deveaux

Marla Buckheister Beane DeVeaux, 56, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Albert L. DeVeaux entered into eternal rest Monday, December 17, 2018. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, December 21, 2018 in St. Andrew's Parish United Methodist Church, 2604 Ashley River Road at 11:00 a.m. Interment to follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday in J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

Marla was born June 26, 1962 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Thomas S. Buckheister, Jr. and Rochelle Bolen Buckheister.

She is survived by her husband, Albert L. DeVeaux of Charleston, SC, son, Steven Lee Beane, Jr.(Amanda) of Summerville, SC, step daughter, Michele Allston (David) of Hollywood, SC, step son, Albert DeVeaux, Jr. (Claire) of Mount Pleasant, SC, sister, Valerie Jean Buckheister Roberts (Bert) of Charleston, SC, brother, Thomas S. "Trey" Buckheister III (Serena) of Charleston, SC, seven grandchildren, Madison Beane, Delaney Beane, Gregory Allston, Andrew Allston, Anna Catherine Allston, Kennedy Anne DeVeaux, Rawlins DeVeaux, Nieces and Nephews.
