Mark Hugh Vallotton

Mark was born on February 20, 1956 in Durham, NC and was the son of the late Dr. William Wise Vallotton and Hulda Jones Vallotton. He is a graduate of St. Andrews High school, attended Valdosta State College and received his pilot's license from Hawthorne Aviation. Mark was the owner and Vice President of Total Repair Inc. He enjoyed the outdoors and was a past member of the Dungannon Hunting Club, as well as a former member of the German Friendly Society.

Mark is survived by his devoted wife, Susan Peeples Vallotton of Charleston and their three children: Harriet Elizabeth Vallotton of Charleston, William Mark Vallotton of Atlanta, GA and Robert Wise Vallotton of Arlington, VA. Mark also leaves behind his furry friend and companion Dubya, the family's yellow lab.

He is also survived by his siblings, Stephen Ralph Vallotton of Atlanta, GA, Amie Vallotton Izaguirre (Carlos) of Waleska, GA and William Wise Vallotton, Jr. of Lake Murray, SC as well as many adoring nieces and nephews.

A Memorial Service will be held Monday, January 4, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 11:00 a.m.
Visitation will be held Sunday in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.
