Marjorie Hull Forrest

Marjorie Hull Forrest, 86, of North Charleston, SC, wife of John T. Forrest, Jr., entered into eternal rest Sunday, March 28, 2021. Her graveside service will be held Thursday, April 1, 2021, at Fort Jackson National Cemetery at noon. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Marjorie was born April 7, 1934 in Lincolnshire, England, daughter of the late Harold J. Hull and the late Emily Buffham Hull. She served in the Women's Royal Army Corps Band for the Queen of England and played a variety of instruments. She was also a pianist for the Lena Kidd Jazz Band which was an all women's jazz band that toured Europe. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.

She is survived by two daughters, Debora Maples and Gina Forrest of North Charleston, SC; three grandchildren: Jeremy Maples, Sariah Cabell and Alexis Cabell; two great-granddaughters, Hannah Sescil and Jasmine Vinson.
