Marissa Jewel Blair, 27, of Cottageville, South Carolina and her unborn son, Axel James Cumbee, died Saturday, March 5, 2016. Her Funeral Service will be held Thursday, March 10, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road at 2:00 pm. Entombment will follow in Christ Church Cemetery, 2304 Highway 17 North, Mt. Pleasant, SC 29466. The family will receive friends at the Mount Pleasant Chapel on Thursday, March 10, 2016 from 1:00 until 2:00 pm.

Marissa was born May 11, 1988 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of Gary Wayne Blair and Patricia Diane Browder Blair. She was a homemaker and loved to spend time with her family.

She is survived by her husband, Billyjo Cumbee; two sons, Jacob Kyle Cumbee and Jax Aiden Cumbee; her parents, Gary Wayne and Patricia Diane Blair; grandmother, Jewel Browder White; father and mother-in-law, John Edward and Bonnie Sue Cumbee; brother-in-law, Michael James Cumbee; two sisters, Patricia Ann Blair and Theresa Diane (William Lane Hill) Blair; two nieces, Jamie Lee Blair and Danielle Grace Hill; and many aunts, uncles and cousins.
