Marion Goodstein Goodman, 88, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Kenneth Albert Goodman, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, July 2, 2024. Her Funeral Service will be held Sunday, July 7, 2024, in Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim Congregation, 90 Hasell Street, at 10:00 am. Service will be streaming at www.kkbe.org/livestream. Interment to immediately follow in Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim Cemetery. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Downtown Chapel.

Marion was born September 20, 1935, in Florence, South Carolina, daughter of late Melton Goodstein and Carolyn Heyman Goodstein. She was a graduate of Ashley Hall, class of 1954. She was a co-owner of The RSVP Shoppe. Marion was an avid bridge player, achieving Bronze Life Master in The American Contract Bridge League as of 2017.

She is survived by her daughter, Beth Hope Goodman; brother, Arnold S. Goodstein (Diane); nephew, Arnold S. Goodstein II (Elizabeth); niece, Eve Schafer Goodstein; great nephew, Alexander S. Goodstein and great niece, Arianna C. Goodstein. She was preceded in death by her son, Harold H. Goodman. 

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Kahal Kadosh Beth Elohim for the Goodstein Goodman Garden Fund.
