Marion "Merv" H. Gailey, 58, of Johns Island, South Carolina, husband of Theresa Lanza Gailey entered into eternal rest Sunday, April 24, 2016. His funeral service will be held Saturday, April 30, 2016 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway at 1:00 p.m. The family will receive friends Saturday in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel from 12:00 p.m. until the time of service.

Merv was born April 10, 1958 in Savannah, Georgia, son of the late Homer Steve Gailey and Sally Hulsey Gailey. He was the owner/operator of Gailey Engineering LLC, and retired Mechanical Engineer with NAV-FAC.

He is survived by his wife, Theresa Gailey, and his children son, Anthony Marion Gailey, and daughter, Jessica Lee Gailey all of Johns Island, SC. Merv is predeceased by his two sisters, Polly Smith of Savannah, GA, and Annette Corbett of Iowa.
