She received her PhD and was a naturopathic doctor. She was a devoted advocate for health and nutrition, speaking in numerous venues. Marilyn was a member of Wampee Baptist Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC and was a very passionate witness for Jesus. She was instrumental in helping those in need and was known for her love for the Lord, her church, and family. She is survived by her husband, Loren Malcolm Collins of Mount Pleasant, SC; two daughters: Lora Ratterree (Wes) and Rosa Majors (Brad), both of Mount Pleasant, SC; brother, Earl Perry of North Myrtle Beach, SC; and seven grandchildren.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wampee Baptist Church, 9530 SC-90, Longs, SC 29568.A memorial message may be sent to the family by visiting our website at www.jhenrystuhr.com.
