Marilyn Joan Collier, 82, of Johns Island, South Carolina, wife of the late Tom Collier entered into eternal rest Saturday, October 10, 2026. A private Graveside Service will be held at Live Oak Memorial Gardens, 3093 Ashley River Rd, Charleston, SC 29414.

Marilyn was born January 5, 1944 in Soddy-Daisy, Tennessee, daughter of the late Hughie Baker and the late Emily Ruth Hogue Varner.

She is survived by a daughter, Tammy (Curt) Collier Weaver of Charleston, SC; two sons, Scott Collier, Scott (Anita) Collier of Hollywood, SC, Todd Collier of Summerville, SC; and seven grandchildren, Ryan Weaver, Krista Collier, Austin Weaver, Corbin Collier, Laura Weaver, Hunter Collier, Greyson Collier and 7 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her father, Hughie Baker, Mother, Emily Ruth Varner, Husband, Tom Collier, and Daughter, Krista Dawn Collier and Brother, Charles Baker.
