Marianne Maloney Bunszell

Marianne Maloney Bunszell, 61, of North Charleston, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest Saturday, October 24, 2020. Due to COVID protocol, the number of attendees is limited to 30 at a time and all guests are required to wear a mask and practice social distancing. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Rd., North Charleston, SC 29406.

Marianne was born February 27, 1959 in Boston, Massachusetts, daughter of Patricia Hutchison Maloney and the late Jeremiah P. Maloney. She worked in the banking field. Marianne loved playing cards with the love of her life, Thomas Griffin, going for walks, entertaining friends and Thomas' grandchildren, affectionately known as "the Rugrats". She was an avid fan of her "Coach bags" and loved to do absolutely anything with her children.

She is survived by her boyfriend, Thomas Griffin of North Charleston, SC; her mother, Patricia; three children: Matthew, Jonathon and Lauren Bunszell of Warwick, RI; siblings: Jeremiah (Suzanne) Maloney of University Place, WA, Michael (Linda) Maloney of Plainville, MA, Kathleen (Mark) Phillips of Plainville, MA, Daniel (Linda) Maloney of Lebanon, NJ and Caroline (Ron) Freisinger of Fort Mill, SC; aunt, Carol Sulak of Bluffton, SC and many nieces and nephews, whom she loved and adored.

She was preceded in death by her father.
