Marguerite Norris Perkins

Marguerite Norris Perkins, 78, of Lamar, SC entered into eternal rest Sunday July 11, 2021. Her memorial service will be held Thursday July 22, 2021 at the J. Henry Stuhr West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway Charleston, SC at 1:00 pm.

Marguerite was born August 29, 1942 in Darlington County, SC. She was the daughter of the late Perry Norris and the late Evelyn Worrill Norris. She was a member of Mount Elon Baptist Church in Lydia, SC, where she sang in the choir. She retired from customer service in the polysak division of Sonoco. She enjoyed family vacations, shopping, gardening and walking on the beach.

She is survived by her daughter Sharon Coe (Addam) of Hollywood, SC , her step daughters: Tonya Sagala (Linardo) of Houston, TX, Cindy Miller of Florence, SC, Tina Suggs (Greg) of Effingham, SC, Mary Wilkes (Tony) of Houston, TX and her brothers Edward Norris (Francis) of Greeleyville, SC, Gene Norris of McBee SC, Timothy Norris (Charlene) of Lamar, SC, and her sister Rose Grooms (Cecil) of Lamar, SC.

Marguerite was preceded in death by her first husband, Ronald Howell and second husband Jimmie Perkins, her brothers Raymond Norris, Danny Norris, and Franklin Norris and her sister Elizabeth Worrill.
