Marguerite Lorraine Neal

Marguerite Lorraine Odor Neal, 93, of Charleston, SC, widow of Thomas R. Neal, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, April 1, 2014.

Her funeral service will be held Friday, April 4, 2014, in Bethany United Methodist Church, 1853 Maybank Hwy., James Island, SC at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Thursday, April 3, 2014, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in J. HENRY STUHR, INC. DOWNTOWN CHAPEL, 232 Calhoun Street.

Lorraine was born January 3, 1921 in Charleston, SC, the daughter of the late John Allen Odor and Entis Stuart Odor. She earned an associate degree from Murray Business College. Lorraine was a member of Bethany United Methodist Church in James Island where she had been active in Bethany Women's Society and Society of King's Daughters. She was a member of Riverland Terrace Garden Club.

She is survived by her son, Thomas "Rusty" Neal, Jr., (Terri) of Charleston; two daughters, Mary Ciccarello (Al) of Edgewater, FL , Marguerite "Maggie" Neal of James Island; two grandchildren, Catherine Dremann (Rich), Shelley Neal; three great-grandchildren, Jackson, Sarah, and Michael Dremann.

Her family wishes to thank her loving caregivers: Angie, Louann, Martha, Elaine, Janet, Grace, Taymar and Adrianne.
