Marcia Lynn Muckenfuss Parks

Entered into eternal rest on the morning of January 16, 2011, Marcia Lynn Muckenfuss Parks, wife of William Bruce Parks.  Residence, Ravenel, SC.  The relatives and friends of Mr. and Mrs. W. Bruce Parks are invited to attend the funeral services of the latter in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL  Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 11a.m.  Interment, Christ-St. Paul's Episcopal Churchyard.  Friends may call at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel this Tuesday between 5 and 7 p.m.

Marcia was born November 23, 1950 in Walterboro, SC, the daughter of James E. Muckenfuss and Mildred "Millie" Tumbleston Muckenfuss.  She was a retired school teacher from Dubose Middle School in Dorchester County School District #2, where she taught for 30 years.  She received her B.S. degree from the College of Charleston and her M.A. degree from Webster University.

She is survived by her parents of Hollywood; her husband Bruce of 41 years of Ravenel; her son, William Troy Parks and wife, Michelle, of Charleston; and two grandsons, William Connor Parks and Dylan Alexander Parks, both of Charleston.
