Madlyn Elizabeth Beckman, 62, wife of Terry Lee Beckman of Goose Creek, SC, died May 13, 2012.
Born December 15, 1949 in Rockford, IL she was the daughter of David Kelly Cunningham and Madlyn Louise Tice. She was a very generous spirited and giving lady who would stop what she was doing to help others.
Mrs. Beckman is survived by her husband of 41 years, Terry Lee Beckman of Goose Creek, SC; son, David Beckman; daughter, Dawn Beckman; sister, Margaret Parkinson, brother, Mark (Kim) Torbett; granddaughters: Jamie, Ali, Macy and Mady; brother-in-law, Ronald (Carol) Beckman; sister-in-law, Kim Cunningham; several nephews and nieces. She was preceded in death by two sons, Terry Lee and Christopher Ronald; mother, Madlyn Torbett; father, David Kelly Cunningham; brother, David James Cunningham; and brother-in-law, Michael Parkinson.
The funeral service will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Sunday, May 20, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until the time of the service.
