Madeline Hyett Hutton

July 24, 1925 — October 10, 2016

Madeline Hyett Hutton, 91, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Dr. Charles Frederick Hutton entered into eternal rest Monday, October 10, 2016. Her Memorial Service will be held Saturday, October 15, 2016 in The Chapel at Bishop Gadsden, 1 Bishop Gadsden Way at 2:00 p.m. Entombment services will be held at a later date in Grace Cathedral Columbarium. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Downtown Chapel.

Madeline was born July 24, 1925 in Lydney, Gloucestershire, England, daughter of the late Alfred Theodore Hyett and Mary Hughes Hyett. She was a former member and President of the Richmond Women's Medical Auxiliary and a member of Grace Church Cathedral.

Madeline is survived by her two daughters: Dr. Martine Hutton (George Seabrook) of Charleston, SC and Dr. Nicola LoCascio (Joseph)of Huntington, West Virginia; two sisters: Freda Anderson and Theresa Hyett both of Philadelphia, PA; two grandsons: William Mikell Seabrook (Karin), and Adam Douglas LoCascio (Alexis); two granddaughters: Claire Elizabeth Seabrook and Gwyneth Anne LoCascio; great-grandson, Erik Seabrook and a very close friend Nathan Heifetz.

Memorials may be made to Grace Church Cathedral, 98 Wentworth Street, Charleston, SC 29401 and/or Charleston Animal Society, 2455 Remount Road, N. Charleston, SC29406.
