Madelaine Wulbern Hair, 92, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Rene Jervey Hair, entered into eternal rest Tuesday, June 17, 2014. Her Funeral Service will be held Friday, June 20, 2014, in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Bethany Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from to 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. in Stuhr's Downtown Chapel.

Madelaine was born September 10, 1921 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late William J. Wulbern and Marie Stender Wulbern. Madelaine was a graduate of Murray Vocational High School and a lifelong member of St. Matthews Lutheran Church. She was a retired bookkeeper/office manager for Coen and Densmore Investment Advisors. Madelaine was a loving wife, mother and "Grannie".

She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Hair Murden (Johnny) of Charleston, SC and two grandchildren, John A. Murden, Jr. and Jessica Lyn Murden.
