Luther Charles Long, 69, of Prosperity, SC died January 15, 2011. His relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral service at J. HENRY STUHR INC., MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL on Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 11:00 a.m.. Burial will follow in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens.   The family will receive friends at the funeral chapel on Wednesday one hour prior to the service.

Mr. Long was born June 29, 1941 in Conway, SC, the son of the late Luther Rosevelt Long and Evelyn Shannon Long.

Mr. Long is survived by his brother, Danny K. Long and his wife Rochelle, of Mt. Pleasant, SC.
