Lucille Blanton Pritchard

Lucille Blanton Pritchard, 89, of Hanahan, SC, entered into eternal rest Saturday, April 29, 2023. Her Funeral Service will be held Tuesday, May 2, 2023, at Highland Park Baptist Church, 6211 Murray Drive, Hanahan at 11:00 am.  Burial will follow at Carolina Memorial Park, 7113 Rivers Avenue, North Charleston. The family will receive friends from 1 hour prior to the service beginning 10:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road, North Charleston.

Lucille was born in Horry County, SC, the daughter of Willie and Kate Blanton. She was preceded in death by her husband of 51 years, Willie Theodore Pritchard, Jr.  Mrs. Pritchard was a proud member of Highland Park Baptist Church. She and her husband traveled and camped the United States for many years spreading the word of Christ through many missions including building and repairing churches. After her husband's passing, she spent her time volunteering in the Church kitchen, vacation Bible School and enjoying the fellowship of the ladies at Busy Hands.

Mrs. Pritchard is survived by her children: Debra Pritchard Pace (Rick Hendrix), and Donna Pritchard Bailey (Neil Bailey); grandchildren: Kenny Osborne, Jerry Osborne, Billy Osborne, Dawn Garcia, Andrea Erb and 12 great-grandchildren.
