Luanne was born January 4, 1953 in Indianapolis, and was raised in Seymour, Indiana. She was the daughter of the late Norman Scott Lightner and the late Mary Catherine Vogel Lightner. She was a former dental hygienist. Luanne enjoyed the outdoors and was often found gardening, and watching the pelicans and sunsets at the beach. Later in life she found and connected with her three half sibling Darlene, Brenda and Mark. Luanne will be remembered for the way she loved her family.
She is survived by son, Scott Bell (Arrie Griffin) of Mt Pleasant, SC; daughter, Robin Leigh Bell; grandson, Patrick Nance. She was preceded in death by
brother, Jon Charles Lightner.
