Louise Marie Yantorn, 71, of Charleston, South Carolina, wife of Joseph Frank Yantorn entered into eternal rest Thursday, August 24, 2017. The family will receive friends Saturday, August 26, 2017 in J. HENRY STUHR INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL, 3360 Glenn McConnell Parkway from 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

Louise was born June 27, 1946 in Charleston, SC, daughter of the late Hugh Veronee and Josie Oliver Veronee. She was a bookstore attendant and waitress. She was an avid fan of professional tennis and a member of The American Legion Auxiliary, Post #147.

She is survived by her husband of 42 years, Joseph Frank Yantorn of Charleston, SC; two sons: Andrew Yantorn and Brian Yantorn all of Charleston, SC; four grandchildren: William Simmons, Hannah Simmons, Drew Simmons, and Briana Yantorn; two sisters, Linda K. McCain, Laura A. Caulder; two brothers, David A. Veronne, Wm. H. Veronee Jr., and numerous nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Michael Simmons.
