Louise Taylor Connelley

Louise T. Connelley, 100, of Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, widow of the late Willie Marion Connelley died Sunday, July 16, 2017. Her Funeral Service will be held Satruday, July 22, 2017 in the J. HENRY STUHR, INC. MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL, 1494 Mathis Ferry Rd., at 1:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens.

Louise was born February 16, 1917 in Morgan, Georgia, daughter of the late Henry Taylor and the late Marie Durr Taylor. She retired after 22 years of service as an accounting clerk with Roper Hospital. She was a charter member of Isle of Palms Baptist Church. During this time, she was a leader of Mission Friends and Girls Auxiliary. She loved nature, flowers, and gardening, and she liked to read.

She is survived by two sons, Jimmy A. Connelley of Pensacola, FL and William "Billy" Marion Connelley, Jr. (Kathy) of Mount Pleasant, SC; three granddaughters, Jennifer Connelley, Mary Jane Cook, and Natasha Connelley; and two great-grandsons, Logan and Liam Cook.

She was preceded in death by her sister, Vivian Morris.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Hospice of Charleston Hospice Center, 4975 LaCross Road, Suite 200, North Charleston, SC 29406.
