Louie A. Baerwolf, 91, of Baltimore, MD, husband of Cecilia Baerwolf, died Tuesday, May 15, 2012 in Baltimore, MD.

Born March 14, 1921 in Winnebago, WI; he was the son of Hugo and Minnie Mante Baerwolf. Mr. Baerwolf was an Army veteran of WWII. He worked for civil service for 40 years as a security guard at the Charleston Naval Base.

Mr. Baerwolf is survived by his wife of 43 years, Cecilia Baerwolf; daughter, Theresa Mercer; stepdaughter, Linda Ecker; stepson, Robert Thomas; two grandchildren, Lynsey Mercer and Ryan Mercer; and four great-grandchildren.

The funeral service will be held at J. HENRY STUHR, INC., NORTHWOODS CHAPEL, 2180 Greenridge Road, Saturday, May 19, 2012 at 1:00 pm. Interment with military honors, Carolina Memorial Park. The family will receive friends in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel Saturday, between 12:00 noon and 1:00 pm.
