Lora Jane Zorn Orozco

Lora Jane Zorn Orozco, 75, of Goose Creek, South Carolina, passed away on Wednesday, October 15, 2014. Her Funeral Service will be held at 11:30 am on Saturday, October 18, 2014 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road. Interment will be private. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Friday, October 17, 2014 from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.
Jane was born February 11, 1939 in Denmark, South Carolina, daughter of the late Frank Elmore Zorn and Ophelia Elizabeth Huggins Zorn. She was a member of Ghents Branch Baptist Church in Denmark, SC and was a member of the Ladies Auxiliary of the Charleston Rifle Club. Jane loved her family, and in her spare time, enjoyed playing cards and bowling.
She is survived by her daughter, Trinka Douglas and her husband, Charles of Goose Creek, SC; her son, Christopher Orozco of Costa Rica; her grandchildren, Wesley Michael McCalman, Charles Cowen Douglas, Christina Rantin Douglas, and Terrin Orozco; her sister, Loretta Z. Edwards of North Charleston, SC; and her niece and nephews, Terri L. Pye, Walter A. Edwards III, Frank Zorn, and Wayne Zorn. She was preceded in death by her brother, Francis Lamar Zorn, and nephew, Mike Zorn.
Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Southern Care Hospice, 9294 Medical Plaza Drive, Charleston, SC 29406.
