Loma died peacefully on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 surrounded by her beloved family.

She is survived by her children, Mimi, Oliver (Bettina); grandchildren, Oliver Jr. and Justin; nephews David Hays (Lynn) and Charles Hays. She was predeceased by her husband, Rush Clarke III; her parents, Loma Moyer and DeLeslie Allen; her sister, Leslie Allen Hays; and many dear friends.
 
Born in Atlanta, GA, she grew up in Buffalo, NY and spent her married life in Rochester, NY. She lived in Palm Beach, FL for years before moving to Charleston, SC.
 
She loved the Charleston community and over the years spent many volunteer hours working at the South Carolina Aquarium, the S.C. Maritime Heritage Foundation and Crisis Ministries. She was a board member of the Lowcountry Affiliate of the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
 
A virtual celebration of life will be held at a later date.
