Lois Winn Esarey

March 19, 1925 — December 10, 2018

Lois Winn Esarey, 93, of Summerville, SC, widow of William Logan Esarey, Sr. died Monday, December 10, 2018. Her memorial service will be held Saturday, December 22, 2018, in the chapel at The Village at Summerville, 201 W. 9th North Street, Summerville, SC, at 10:00 am. Inurnment at Arlington National Cemetery will be held at a later date. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel.

Lois was born March 19, 1925 in Lucerne, IN, daughter of the late David Wiley Winn and the late Mabel Estabrook Winn. She was a member of Summerville Presbyterian Church, Kings Grant Golf Club and Charleston Ladies Golf Association. Lois was also active with Second Chance and she was an avid bridge player.

She is survived by three sons, William Logan Esarey, Jr. (Victoria) of Ridgeway, VA, David Wiley Esarey (Cindi) of Newtown, CT, Kimo Esarey (Marti) of Goose Creek, SC; eight grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two nephews, Larry Guille (Karen) of NC, John Guille (Ginny); niece, Robin Bley of NY. She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, William Logan Esarey, Sr. and her sister, Virginia Guille.

She will be dearly missed by her sons, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nephews, niece and their spouses.
