Lisle or "Hoot" as family and close friends knew him, was a kind soul. He really just wanted to make everyone happy. He was one of the best fishermen around. He would fish for anything; from long-line fishing for tuna as a youngster, to sport fishing for any saltwater species, or turn to a lake for bass, or a mountain stream for trout.
Lisle joins the love of his life, Jaime Brunson Millard who pre-deceased him, and at long last, he is at peace.
He is survived by his mother, Abbie Millard of Mt. Pleasant, SC; father, Lisle Millard, Sr. and his wife, Cindy, of Newnan, GA; two daughters, Julia Ashworth Millard and Victoria Grace Millard, both of Mount Pleasant, SC; sister, Sollee Hadley and her husband, Brian, and their daughter, Amelia, of Coeur d'Alene, ID; and a number of cousins, aunts and uncles.
