Linda (Soule) Rivito

Linda (Soule) Rivito, 71, of Summerville, South Carolina, joined her Heavenly Father Saturday, April 9, 2022. Her funeral service will be private. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Linda was born October 7, 1950 in Syracuse, New York, daughter of the late Verle Soule and the late Emily Gustafson Soule. She married the love of her life on Aug 7, 1971 and together they raised 5 children. She had a passion for Christ, loved spending time with her family, especially her grand and great grandchildren. Gardening brought her a lot of joy and she was an avid NASCAR fan. To know her was to be truly blessed.

She is survived by her daughters, Kristi Fountain of Brunswick, GA,  Kara Rivito of Summerville, SC, Loni (Robert) Doody of Chambersburg, PA; her sons, Timothy (Amy) Rivito of Conway, SC and Daniel (Maria) Rivito of Dallas, GA; grandchildren Jonathan, Alicia, Cassidy, Lora, Jordan, Tyler, Ellie, Issac, Isaiah, Zoe, Ava & Nicholas; 8 great grand children; siblings, David (Annette) Soule, Butch, Debra (Gary) Berger, Thomas, James (Brenda) Robert (Paula) Fred, Steve, Douglas (Victoria) and Jeffrey (Jamie) Soule. Along with nieces and nephews and friends at New Day Church. She was predeceased by her parents, brother Garey and husband Dave.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Linda's memory to the Wounded Warrior Project.
