Linda Staubes Carlton

Entered into eternal rest on the afternoon of Friday, March 25, 2011, Linda Staubes Carlton, wife of Donald L. Carlton of Charleston, South Carolina.  The relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at Tuesday, March 29, 2011 in J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel at 11 am. Burial will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.  The family will receive friends in Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel, 3360 Glenn McConnell Pkwy, Monday from 5 until 7 pm. 

Linda was born September 12, 1955 in Charleston, SC, daughter of Michael "Mickey" Staubes and Patsy Brownlee Staubes.  She was a member of Holy Comfort Lutheran Church, attended Winthrop College and former employee of the Post & Courier. 

She is survived by her husband, Don Carlton of Charleston, SC; her mother, Patsy Staubes of Charleston, SC; son, Forrest D. Carlton of Charleston, SC; brother, Michael Staubes, Jr. and his wife, Dianne of Goose Creek, SC and a nephew, Niko A. Staubes of Goose Creek, SC
