Lillian Maxine Todd Dunnett

June 18, 1912 — February 2, 2012

Lillian Maxine Todd Dunnett, 99, widow of the late Earl Dunnett of Beaufort, SC, passed away on Thursday, February 2, 2012. The relatives and friends of Maxine Dunnett are invited to attend her Funeral Service at the graveside on Tuesday, February 7, 2012 in Mount Pleasant Memorial Gardens at 11:00 am. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR MOUNT PLEASANT CHAPEL. The family will greet friends following the service.

Maxine was born on June 18, 1912 in Clarksville, Michigan, daughter of the late Nathan Todd and Amanda Todd. She worked as County Clerk for Beaufort County Tax Office and as a Dispatcher for the Beaufort Police Department. She was a member of the Ridgeland Eastern Star, Charleston Amaranth, American Business and Professional Women, a dancer with Arthur Murray Studios and one of the founding members of the Beaufort County Meals on Wheels.

She is survived by her daughter, Margaret Card and her husband, Roger, of Mt. Pleasant, SC; one granddaughter, Earl Anne Card Hair and her husband, Phillip, of Mt. Pleasant, SC and two great grandsons, Phillip Hair and Michael Hair.
