Lillian Leland Williams Campbell, 90, of Charleston, South Carolina, widow of Donald Melvin Campbell entered into eternal rest Thursday, July 26, 2012. Her funeral services will be held In the St. Matthew's Lutheran Church, 405 King Street Sunday, July 29, 2012 at 3:00 pm. Interment, Live Oak Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL Saturday between 5:00 and 7:00 pm.
Mrs.Campbell was born on October 28, 1921 in McClellanville, South Carolina, daughter of John White Williams and Hilda Leland Williams. She attended Winthrop College and received her Associates Degree from The Medical University of South Carolina as a Cytotechnologist. She was a member of St. Matthew's Lutheran Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Donna C. Ewart (Jim) of Charleston, SC, son, Harold B Campbell (Ann) of Charleston, SC, four grandchildren: Shannon D. Rosintoski (Jeff), Jennifer Lauren Rosintoski, Blake Campbell (Natalie), Meredith A. Campbell, and two great-grandchildren, Henry Barrett Campbell and Lillian Elle Campbell; and two step-grandchildren: James D. Ewart, Jr. (Jennifer) and Natalie Patz, and three step great-grandchildren: Chase, Kyle and Hadley. She will be missed by many other family members and friends.
