Lillian "Ruth" Allison

Lillian “Ruth” Allison, 76, of Johns Island, South Carolina, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. Her graveside funeral service will be held Friday, April 22, 2022 in Holy Cross Cemetery, 604 Fort Johnson Road at 10:00 am. Arrangements by J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel.

Ruth was born December 25, 1945 in Greenville, South Carolina, daughter of the late James Allison and Nina Reeves Allison. Ruth was a faithful woman who loved the Lord, her family and church.

She is survived by her daughter, Nina (David) Darrow; grandchildren, Tabitha (Joshua) Taylor, Jessie Webb, Jordan Webb, and Nicholas Darrow; and great grandchildren, Lillian and Madilyn Taylor, Cameron Baty and Mac Gee. She is also survived by her brother Jay Keith and sister Josie (Joe) Poole.
