Lila Winter Lash

Lila Winter Lash, 81, was reunited with her beloved husband, Alex, Friday, August 13, 2010.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral services at 10:00 AM Sunday, August 15, 2010, at the graveside in Brith Sholom Beth Israel Cemetery, "Maryville", Sycamore Avenue.    

Mrs. Lash was born October 7, 1928 in Brooklyn NY, the daughter of N. Louis Winter and Fay Nebb Winter. She was a member of Brith Sholom Beth Israel Synagogue and a life member of BSBI Sisterhood and Hadassah. She was the retired co-owner of Lash's Kosher Meat Market.

She is survived by two sons: Barry N. Lash (Debbie) of Mt. Pleasant, SC and Ira K. Lash (Teri) of Charleston, SC; one daughter: Lori Lash Samuels (Leonard) of Davie, FL; two sisters: Joan W. Roth of Charleston, SC and Marcia W. Klein of Brick, NJ; four grandchildren: Jordan L. Lash (Haley), Daniel S. Lash, Leah D. Samuels and Amanda K. Samuels. As well as several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family will sit SHIVA at 1959 Ashley Hall Road. Friends may call between the hours of 1and 9 PM through Thursday, August 19^th.
