Laurent Lionel Lessard

Mr. Laurent L. "Larry" Lessard, 75, of Charleston entered into entered rest on Friday, November 11, 2011. Born in Biddeford, Maine, Larry will be greatly missed by his wife, Gertrude P. Lessard. He is survived by his daughter, Phyllis Rooke Hinson and her husband, Arthur Edward Hinson, and his son, Michael P. Lessard and wife Nancy Stanfield Lessard. He is survived by his grandchildren, Charles S. Rooke and wife Rachel Buckheister Rooke, Jonathan D. Rooke and wife Heather Hardy, Michael "Paul" Lessard and wife Kelly Cavanaugh Lessard and Sarah Jean Hinson. He is also survived by one great-grandchild, Jessica Marie Rooke.

Larry was the former owner of P&M Custom Framing and Laurent's Custom Framing.

A visitation will be held at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Downtown Chapel, Monday, November 14, 2011 from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. The memorial service will be at St. James Episcopal Church on Camp Road, James Island, on Tuesday, November 15th, at 1:30 p.m. Burial will follow the service at Holy Cross Cemetery.
