Lauren "Andy" C. Anderson, 69, of North Charleston, South Carolina, died Monday, October 31, 2016. His memorial service with military honors will be held Friday, November 4, 2016 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 3:00 pm. The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm.
Andy was born August 6, 1947 in Brainerd, MN, son of the late Charles Anderson and the late Dorothy Peterson Anderson. He retired from the US Air Force as an electronics instructor. Andy enjoyed drag racing and watching wrestling.
He is survived by his son, Saktawee Anderson of Hanahan, SC; granddaughter, Cordillia Mae Anderson of Coeur d'Alene, ID; two sisters, Elaine Dosh of Brainerd, MN and Claire Andersen of Dallas, TX; nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife, Chawee Sriwarom Anderson.
