Larry Joseph Burleson

Larry Joseph Burleson, 69, of Summerville, SC, husband of Joanne Crippen Burleson died Friday, March 13, 2015. His funeral service will be held Thursday, March 19, 2015 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc., Northwoods Chapel, 2180 Greenridge Road at 2:00 pm. Interment will follow in Whispering Pines Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Wednesday, in Stuhr's Northwoods Chapel. from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Larry was born April 20, 1945 in Charleston, SC, son of the late Harlow Wilson Burleson and the late Blanche Thigpen Burleson. Larry served in the US Army as a Sergeant during Vietnam and retired as a warehouse receiving clerk with Bosch Corporation. He was a Mason.

He is survived by his wife of 39 years; son, Larry Joseph Burleson Jr. daughter in-law Mandy Leigh Burleson of Summerville, SC; daughter, Tammy Jo Burleson of Summerville, SC; three grandchildren, Matthew Joseph Burleson, Dillon Dakota Burleson, Kaiden Jade Burleson.
