Lana Lee Kazenski, 67, of Mt. Pleasant, SC, formerly of Girard, IL, passed away on December 30, 2013 in Atlanta, GA.The memorial service will be held Friday at 2:00 PM at J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. Mt. Pleasant Chapel, 1494 Mathis Ferry Road, Mt. Pleasant, SC.
Lana was born in Hammond, IN on June 22, 1946 and grew up in Girard, IL where she went to school. She married William F. Kazenski III on December 10, 1977 in Virden, IL.
Lana was preceded in death by her father, Johnnie Blackburn in 2010 and daughter, Lisa Marie Kazenski in 1984.
Lana is survived by her loving husband, William Franklin (Bill) Kazenski III, her mother, Nina Blackburn of Taylorville, IL, her brothers: John and Barb Blackburn of Lincoln, IL, David Blackburn of Girard, IL and sister, Linda and Thomas Vonck of Taylorville, IL. Children: Kelly Gray of Birmingham, AL, Jackie Husted and Bruce Clifton of Springfield, IL, Steve and Lynn Freeman of Tacoma, WA, Lori Snedigar of Rolla, MO, Tom and Kira Angelo of Dillwyn, VA, Tom and Heather Kazenski of Virden, IL, and Nicole and Aaron Call of Summerville, SC. Grandchildren: Tiffany Gray, Taylor and Grady Gordon, Taryn Gray, Trevor Gray, Lacie and Ben Romanotto, David and Danielle Snedigar, Samantha and Ryan Willis, Marissa Snedigar, Michael Snedigar, Alex Delahunt, Madison Call, Clayton Horrighs, Carmen Horrighs, Caleb Husted, Tyler Clifton, Zach Kazenski, Haylee Crouch, Kylee Kazenski, Helena Kazenski, Ayden Angelo, Ashton Angelo, Ava Angelo. Great-grandchildren: Danae Snedigar, Braeden Romanotto, Jaelyn Romanotto, Mason Brandon, Leighton Gordon and Addison Gordon.
