Kunigunde Kuznik

Kunigunde Kuznik , 75, beloved mother of Dirk Kuznik and wife Melody, Thomas Kuznik and wife Judy, and Aurelia Muller passed away Thursday, September 1, 2011.  In addition to her 3 children, she is survived by 6 grandchildren, Christopher Kuznik, China Kuznik, Hunter Kuznik, David Kuznik and wife Jamie, Brian Muller and Laura Muller Waters and husband, Aaron.  Also surviving is one sister, Ingrid Peredarii of Berlin, Germany. 

Kuni was born August 25, 1936 in Koenigsberg, Germany and immigrated to Charleston in 1959.  She was the owner/operator of a local business and an avid lover of animals, especially her dear little "Charlie".  She was known for her gracious and hospitable demeanor; she never met a stranger and welcomed everyone into her home. 

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, September 7, 2011 in J. HENRY STUHR, INC., WEST ASHLEY CHAPEL at 6 pm.  Committal services will be conducted at a later time.  The family will receive friends at Stuhr's West Ashley Chapel Wednesday afternoon from 5 pm until the time of service.
