Kristi Jacques Falk

Kristi Jacques Falk, 54, of Conway, SC, passed away on Friday, March 7, 2025.

Kristi was born in Orangeburg, SC on September 17, 1970 to Carol Hutto Jacques and the late John H. Jacques. In addition to her mother, Kristi is survived by her former husband and best friend, Dr. Daniel Falk; her sisters, Johnna Mull, Angie Gennaro, and Lynn May; as well as many nieces and nephews.

Kristi was into health and wellness. She was executive director of the Wellness Council for South Carolina for many years. She was a diabetic educator with a degree in nutrition. She helped many people and lectured in several states. She became an accomplished musician and song writer with 3 to 4 albums that are streaming on music platforms such as Spotify. She had a big heart, loved animals, travel, and adventure.

Her funeral service will be held Sunday, March 16, 2025 in the J. Henry Stuhr, Inc. West Ashley Chapel at 2:00 pm, and the family will receive friends beginning one hour prior. Burial will follow at the Jacques Cemetery in Cottageville, SC.

Memorial donations can be made in Kristi's memory to Breakthrough T1D (formerly known as the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation).
