Kimberly Ann Cranwell, 48, the dearly beloved daughter of Jack Cranwell, Jr. and Amarylis Betancourt Cranwell and sister Dawn Cranwell, entered into eternal rest Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at a hospital. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral service Saturday, September 22, 2018 in Saint James Church, 1872 Camp Road on James Island at 11:00 a.m. A reception will follow in the church ministry center. Kimberly was baptized, confirmed in Saint James Church, where she was a former acolyte. She was raised on James Island and graduated from Mason Preparatory School. She was a cheerleader and on Honor Patrol. Kimberly graduated from Charleston Collegiate School and was a Homecoming Queen Candidate. She attended Lander University and Francis Marion University. Kimberly lived in Florida for eight years, working at the Jewish Community Center and at a hospital. She was a former phlebologist.
Kimberly loved God, her family, and friends; her presence will be greatly missed.
In addition to her parents and sister, she is survived by her aunt, Ann Justice; cousins: Bill Justice, Jimmy Justice, Martha Mills and Susan Goddard; godfather, Bobby Donaldson; and godmother, Wanda Tyrrell.
Kimberly was preceded in death by her uncle, Robert Justice; and grandparents: Dorothy and Jack Cranwell and Ada and Francis Betancourt.
