Kim Schreiber Moore

Kim Schreiber Moore, 55, of James Island, SC, widow of James Belton Moore, died April 5th, 2011, at the Hospice of Charleston.  

She was a former registered nurse at Roper, St. Francis, and MUSC.  Kim was born on July 1st, 1955 in Charleston, South Carolina, the daughter of Irvin and Jeanette Schreiber.  

She is survived by her three sons: Casey Koronkowski, Jason Koronkowski, and Jonathan Moore; her daughter Rachel Campbell; her mother Jeanette Schreiber, all of Charleston, SC; her sister Gayle Carrato of Springfield, VA and her children Angela and Michael Carrato.  Kim was predeceased by her Father, Irvin Schreiber June 21, 2010.

The relatives and friends of Kim S. Moore are invited to attend her graveside funeral service Friday, April 8, 2011 in Holy Cross Cemetery at 2:00pm. Arrangements by J. HENRY STUHR, INC., DOWNTOWN CHAPEL
