Kim Fipps Caruso, 59, of Summerville, South Carolina, wife of Nicholas M. Caruso, entered into eternal rest on Thursday, January 15, 2026. Her Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2026 in the J. Henry Stuhr Inc., West Ashley Chapel at 12:00 pm, and the family will receive friends beginning one hour prior. Burial will follow in Live Oak Memorial Gardens.

Kim was born May 20, 1966 in Charleston, South Carolina, daughter of the late Barney L Fipps, Sr. and Hazel Hickman Fipps.

In addition to her husband, Kim is survived by her daughter, Ashley C. McGrew (Jordan) of Summerville, SC; son, Nicholas M. Caruso, II of Charleston, SC; five grandchildren; additional daughter, Brittany E. Durgin of Orangeburg, SC; and siblings; Travis L. Cook of Goose Creek, SC, Barney L. Fipps, Jr. of Homosassa, FL, Marie Susser of Kerrville, TX, Deborah F. Kinard of Johns Island, SC, Barbara Bosc of Ridgeville, SC, Amy K. Garvin of Johns Island, SC, Oral R. Fipps, Sr. of Johns Island, SC, and Karl W. Fipps, Sr. of Johns Island, SC.

Memorial donations can be made in Kim's memory to The National Kidney Foundation.
